How We Work

We provide support either on a project or monthly retainer basis, depending on your needs and the nature of the engagement:

Project Basis 

For defined, time-limited initiatives – such as a parliamentary event, preparation of government submissions, preparation for parliamentary appearances or government engagement strategies – we offer project-based support. This includes a clearly scoped body of work, fixed deliverables and agreed timelines. Fees are determined based on the scope and complexity of the work and are typically invoiced in installments aligned to project milestones. 

Monthly Retainer Basis 

If you require ongoing strategic advice, political engagement and/or issues management over a period of months, we recommend a monthly retainer arrangement which includes regular access to senior consultancy support. Retainer arrangements are tiered depending on the level of support required and are a minimum of three months.
